Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee called Tata Sons chairperson Natarajan Chandrasekharan to attend the Bengal Global Business Summit. Although unable to attend, he expressed a desire to invest more in Bengal. Banerjee also requested a direct flight from Kolkata to Europe. Chandrasekharan promised to discuss future plans and explore the flight possibility.
